The company was established in 1996 with a mission statement to offer organisations a practical and economic solution for testing ISDN, WAN, LAN and GSM media with  "Sniffer" Analyser and Simulation Test Tools.

 

As the company developed – resources allowed “project” products to be included – the most successful is the MTY EYE Voice recorder allowing financial institutions to adopt call recording on existing phone systems. 


The company's main strengths are its knowledge of Telecommunications and Data Communications and an understanding of the needs of major players.


Wide Area Network protocols (VOIP, Frame Relay, X.25 and PPP) are decoded using the IPXplorer NGN HIGH Speed Multi interface / multi-protocol Analyser system. Three solutions are offered with the fully integrated HANDHELD solution (IP_ONE with Screen and large HD, a Remote variant (IP_MOD) controlled via PC either directly or through the Internet. The IPFLEX incorporates Tera Byte storage and numerous interfaces – ideal for Network Monitoring and IP VOICE recording.  


The MT range and IPXplorer allow Mobile Telephony Manufacturers and Operators to qualify the performance of the elements within the GSM/ GPRS/ UMTS networks including Signalling, Speech, Data and Fax. New functionality available with the MT 200 X Simulator include GPRS, AMR and TFO applications.

 

ISDN and ADSL handheld test products from INTEC and ISDN analysis probes from WAVETEL provide a complete solution for testing Basic Rate and Primary Rate Networks and Terminal equipment and NGN circuits.

With IP Voice becoming well established – Moesarc Technology UK can provide resources to Qualify the performance of the speech to MOS, PAMS and PESQ standards.

A recently released package allows ARGUS 145 and ARGUS 125 to produce PESQ reports of speech circuits over POTS, ISDN and IP interconnects.      

Voice Recording is now simple and affordable over ISDN Primary Rate and Basic Rate links and 2-wire analogue (POTS) circuits. MTY EYE is a modular package using USB connectivity providing Real-Time recording of Voice and display of Frame Decodes and Call data Records.
